Shipping

Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

We ship to Germany and to the following countries: EU-countries, Switzerland.

Shipping cost (including applicable VAT)

Shipments to Germany:
Shipping cost is a flat fee of 4 € per order.

If the order value exceeds 25,00 € we ship free of charge.

Shipments to foreign countries:

For shipments to EU countries we charge a flat fee of EUR 9,80. For shipments to Switzerland we charge a flat fee of EUR 15,00.

Delivery time

If there is no other delivery time given in the quotation, the order will be deliverd within 3 - 5 days (inside Germany), outside of Germany the order will be delivered within 5 -7 days after purchase. If pre-payment is agreed, this is after receipt of payment. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, in case we have not received other instructions. The delivery time then depends on the item with longest lead time in your order.

Payment Terms

For shipments to Germany you have the following payment options:

Prepayment via bank transfer
Collect payment (plus collection fee 2 € , additionally 2 € delivery charges are applicable which you have to pay direct to the delivery agent
Debit payment (Bank debit)
Payment via PayPal
Payment via PayPal Express
Payment via invoice
Payment via Sofortüberweisung/Klarna

For shipments to foreign countries you have the following payment options:

Payment via invoice is only available for registered customers.
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.

For debit payment (Bank debit) you authorize us revocably to debit the amount from your given bank account.

The bank debit will be drawn with the delivery of the goods.
